Our Gifts. Our Calling.
God assembled this team. We just showed up faithful to the gifts he gave us.
Romans 12:6. Gifts differ according to the grace given to us. Use them.
That verse does not leave much room for debate. It does not say some gifts carry more dignity than others. It does not say the researcher is closer to purpose than the person who carries the message. It says gifts differ. It says use them.
I have spent real time sitting with what my gift actually is. Not what sounds humble. Not what fits a comfortable label. What it actually is. And what I keep coming back to is this. I was built to move people toward things that are good for them. To see the connection before it exists on paper. To build trust in rooms where trust is the deciding factor. To stay in relationships long enough that the right door opens at the right time. To take something complex and make it understood. To take something powerful and make sure it reaches people who would never find it on their own.
That is the gift. And I did not assemble the team around it. God did.
The scientists in this space did not get there by accident. The clinicians, the researchers, the developers building the infrastructure underneath regenerative medicine and longevity science, they were called to that work the same way I was called to this. What I recognize, and what I do not take lightly, is that God put specific people in my path. Not random proximity. Deliberate placement. People whose gifts cover ground mine does not. People who needed someone with my gift to carry what they have built into rooms they cannot reach alone.
This is not a sales and marketing team. This is a mission. This is a calling. This is God's plan coming together.
Engineers understand this better than most. You do not build a system by finding one person who can do everything. You architect it. You identify what each component does, where it connects, what breaks if it is missing. The most elegant systems are the ones where every part is exactly where it belongs and nothing is wasted.
That is what I see when I look at the people around me in this work. Stem cell therapy, regenerative medicine, the longevity movement. The science is extraordinary. The outcomes are documented. The need is massive. And the gap between what is possible and what most people even know exists is still wide open.
Most people are making decisions about their health, their aging, their quality of life, based on information that is years behind where the science actually is. They do not know what is available. They do not know what has already worked for people who look like them, live like them, want what they want. They are not unintelligent. They are uninformed. And that is not their fault. That is a distribution problem.
Education is part of my gift. Not lecturing. Not positioning. Actually helping someone understand something in a way that changes how they see what is possible for them. That moment when a person goes from skeptical to curious to convinced is not a transaction. It is a transfer. Of knowledge, of hope, of a real option they did not have before they sat across from me.
I take that seriously. Every conversation is a chance to give someone something they will carry with them regardless of what they decide. The person who walks away and says not yet still walks away knowing more than they did. That matters. That compounds. They tell someone. That someone tells someone. The understanding spreads in ways I will never fully see or measure and that is exactly how it is supposed to work.
That gap between what is possible and what most people know does not close by itself. It closes because someone was built to close it and was placed next to the people who built what closes it. Sharing this is not optional for me. It is the whole point of having the gift in the first place. A gift that stays inside the room it was given in is not being used. It is being held.
So who is anyone to put a limiting label on that.
God assembled this. He gave me the ability to connect, to educate, to open doors, to help people understand something that could genuinely extend and improve their lives. He placed the right people around me to make sure what I carry is worth carrying. My job is to be faithful to that gift, to keep sharing it, to keep educating, to keep showing up for people who need someone to make the complex feel accessible and the possible feel real.
That is the only framework I need. And I will keep building it, keep sharing it, and keep trusting that every person I reach was already on the list.
